Off-Season Speed & Conditioning Camp
Winter is upon us and you have two choices. You can
lie around the house using the cold as an excuse or
you can train at the Max to improve your speed,
explosive power and conditioning level.
What: A variety
of training methods will be implemented to improve
your first step quickness and acceleration, foot speed,
lateral and linear speed, top end speed, lower body
power and anaerobic capacity.
Instructors: Former Chicago Bear's wide receiver Marcus Robinson and Ryan Morrison from Ryno Strength.
Dates: Mondays and Wednesdays, January 9th - February 29th
Time: 6:00 - 7:00 pm
Cost: $400 for 16 Sessions
